The internet access was a total disappointment!!! It kept me from reaching my usual sites, making my stay frustrating. Not to mention, the air conditioning failed to cool down my room properly. More clear directional signage for the airport shuttle would be appreciated!!!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We hit up some local seafood spots and explored a nearby park. The location was super convenient, just a quick walk to the airport. The staff was helpful, and we enjoyed our spacious rooms. Definitely a solid choice for travelers.

The only downside was a bit of confusion with the WiFi connection. It wasn’t very consistent, which made it tricky to stay connected sometimes.

my stay at pullman was great! the executive king room with lounge access was spacious and had amazing quality fixtures. the bed was incredibly comfortable, with the best pillows ever. breakfast was top-notch, offering plenty of delicious options. the location is super convenient for airport access.

I had a fantastic stay with superb service from the staff, who went out of their way to assist us with our transportation needs. The room was particularly spacious and made our short stay very comfortable, with a top-notch breakfast buffet filled with an impressive variety of options. However, it would be helpful to improve the signage for the shuttle bus to streamline the arrival process.

Guangzhou’s seafood scene has me hooked! The local specialties I tried were nothing short of heavenly. Also, the hotel's picturesque lobby, adorned with stunning sculptures, made me feel like a VIP. And let’s not forget about the comfy beds in my Superior King Room with Courtyard View, pure bliss!

The only hiccup was the shuttle info. clearer signs would be a plus to help new travelers. But honestly, the experience was so smooth that it didn’t ding my vibe at all!

I stayed in the Superior King Room with Courtyard View and it was super spacious and cozy. The bed had six fluffy pillows, which made for a great night's sleep. Great view of the courtyard too! The decor felt very plush and stylish. The staff was helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome. Just a bit of a hiccup with the light turning on at 3 AM, but overall, the room was really nice.

This hotel is just a balanced option for a two-day stay in Guangzhou with the best value for money ratio. The restaurant offered some really good food, even if the space was cold and a bit lacking in atmosphere. Make sure to bring a jacket if you're dining there in cooler weather.
